Our sign up system
In the past, we have used google forms as our sign-up sheets. Due to the popularity of our course, these links would often crash and cause a lot of submissions to fail. This was distressing for our team and students as we wanted the sign-up process to be as fair and smooth as possible.
For this reason, in 2021, we have developed a new sign-up method that can handle a large amount of internet traffic and is fairer for everyone. This sign-up method puts our students in a queue when the student logs onto our sign-up form, and the time taken for the student to fill in the form does not affect the student’s position in the queue! Therefore, try your best to fill in your details accurately and feel free to help us by filling in optional statistics.
Waitlist
Every year, we have a waitlist and every year, MOST students are able to attend the course from the waitlist.
This is mainly as many of our volunteers sign up last minute. More volunteers = more places for YOU. =)
Last year ALL students who signed up got a mock interview.
Release of interview offers
Our course offers are released before the interview offers for The University of Auckland MMI. For this reason, when offers are released, we get in touch with our students and ask them to release their spots to students who had received an interview offer. This means that every year, many students are able to get on the course from the waitlist
